Esther Culver:  Esther has been telling in the Atlanta area for nine years.  You never know if your are going to laugh, cry, listen or participate, hear a lie or hear the truth.  You may just experience all of these in one story.  Whatever happens, you will be entertained.

Barry Stewart Mann:  An Atlanta-based storyteller, actor, writer, and educator.  Born in New Jersey and ripened in the Florida sun, Barry is a Harvard graduate with an MFA from the University of San Diego.  He performs folklore and original tales in schools, libraries, and festivals, throughout the region, and in 1999 was named “National Storyteller of the Year.”  A world traveler, Barry speaks several languages and enjoys telling cuentos bilingually in Spanish and English. 

Martha Tate: A storyteller and psychotherapist.  Her Smith College master’s thesis was on the use of fairytales in psychotherapy.  Certified by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, she researches the use of imagery in healing.   Martha has told at the Magnolia and SOS Winter Storytelling festivals; alternate in the 2001 Storyteller of the Year contest and executive producer and performer in The Story House video.  Martha writes and tells humorous, personal, spiritual, folk and fairy tales, for adults and children.

Emcee – Tracy Walker:  Tracy began storytelling by bringing stories into classrooms in Head Start centers in Southern Appalachia. She is the Youth Services Specialist for the Dawson County Public Library and a fourth generation Chicago Cubs fan. Her short story Aunt LuLu and the Tube of Death, was published in Oh, Georgia! A Collection of Georgia’s Newest and Most Promising Writers.
